The 2024 SIGP three-lap Vehicle Model (off-road) Grand Prix kicked off in Xiamen

The 2024 SIGP three-lap Vehicle Model (off-road) Grand Prix kicked off in Xiamen, Fujian Province on December 13, bringing together 220 top remote control model drivers from more than a dozen countries, including Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Finland and Malaysia, to compete for the championship. At the scene of the race on the same day, with the sound of the engine one after another, a vehicle model raced past, raising the billowing tire smoke in the arena. The Grand Prix includes five events, including 1/8 internal combustion off-road vehicle race and 1/8 electric off-road vehicle race, and the competition will last until the 15th. The participating world champion drivers said that in recent years, China’s vehicle model industry has developed rapidly, and China has continued to develop in the fields of remote control model car production technology, design and materials, which has promoted the development of the world’s car models and injected new vitality into the industry.
